The GoodNewsBot is currently in Beta and it's results may be unreliable, but are typically 70-80% accurate. I'm still experimenting with the services used to determine positiveness so this will hopefully improve in the future.
Please upvote correctly classified "positive" news stories and downvote incorrectly classified ones, regardless of how you feel about the news story itself!
I'm hoping to use the highly upvoted and downvoted posts on here and /r/JustBadNews as a training set for a new custom machine learning model which should help to improve the overall accuracy of classification. [Please get in contact if you have any experience training sentiment analysis models!]
