I'm really glad to see this update. That was one of the most heartbreaking things I'e ever seen. This country needs to do better and it needs to do better now.

So they can just kick a disoriented person out of a hospital onto the street, there's no duty of care involved?

Barbaric.

It's sad that there must have been a few people involved in kicking her out into the cold like that. I don't understand how guards could escort someone out like that without feeling some element of internal conflict. If that was me I would definitely be challenging the discharge.

Have these people just become so detached they don't realise the consequences or their actions or omissions?
