That's not what the stat is, stoned drivers perform much better than drunk drivers on tests.
Still worse than sober drivers though
True, although experienced stoners have shown to have no negative effects on a closed course. But the real world isn't a closed course, and you need to be prepared for anything. That being said, it's a joke to compare drinking and driving to smoking and driving.
Unless those sober drivers are tired. Or in a rage about something. Or on cold medication. Or a T3.
