Atlanta is life in an alternate reality where Justin Bieber is black and Childish Gambino became a manager instead of a musician.

It truly is an experience

There are also 4 Migos

level 2

An alternative reality where the Migos are actually drug dealers

level 3

damn

level 3

To be fair, the Migos were drug dealers up until they finally saw success as rappers.

level 4

You can’t prove that.

level 5

Is this a joke?

level 6

Not at all. 98% of these dudes lie for the clout

Lol I thought the whole joke was that they were definitely gonna kill that 4th Migo...

level 3

When did they have 4 migos?

level 4

When the group started their was actually four members but one decided to leave for some reason I can’t remember right now. However in the show they had a Mexican who represented the fourth Migo and the whole joke was he was going to be killed when Darius and Al left the scene.

Al actually even says something along the lines of "He's not gonna make it through the night"

I swear to god Kendrick's gonna be white if he's in the show

level 2

And they’ll rename him “Kevin”

level 3

Not (Kung-fu) Kenny?

level 4

What if he is a female?

level 4

He’ll be Asian

level 5

He got picked in the 2016 racial draft

level 1

And invisible cars.

level 2

Those guys being run over by that invisible car had me dying 😂😂

i really like to think of it as 'what if donald didnt go to nyu and went back home instead'

level 1

Y'all are thinking too much about this show. If it's supposed to be in the vein of Twin Peaks, just feel your way through it.

level 2

It’s got the similar high strangeness to it, but it’s missing a lot of the esoteric lore of Twin Peaks. Maybe we’re yet to see Atlanta’s Black Lodge, etc.

level 2

I mean Bieber being black did serve a purpose.

level 3

Oh, of course, no doubt. But I don't think the show is an alternate version of the real world. They didn't make Bieber black to world build, they did it for thematic purposes.

level 2

I love when people compare Glover to Lynch. They are definitely on the same wavelength. I would love to see Donald on a potential season 4 of TP.

Nah, man, it's totally different... There's really only one or two episodes that are actually like Twin Peaks tbh. Just because it's unusual and surreal television doesn't make it the same as the other famous unusual and surreal tv show.

level 4

I didn't say it was the same. They're obviously not. I think both artists are on similar wavelengths and push boundaries in their own unique ways. Twin Peaks is unlike anything I've ever seen before. Atlanta is unlike anything I've ever seen before. I love both. Take your argument for the sake of arguing somewhere else please.

No.
