Please, can anyone help? I tried the wayback machine, but none of the captures were working.
My autistic non-verbal 4 year old daughter is in love with Bob's Burgers. We noticed she was attracted to the show very early - before we knew she has autism, but could not figure out why she liked the show so much. We have tried other, more kid appropriate shows, but noting save Little Einstein's (even than it was maybe half the time) would interest her like Bob's Burgers did. She has her movies she very much enjoys over and over again, The Nightmare before Christmas, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, and The Princess and the Frog are on loops at my house, but she always comes back to Bob's Burgers.
If she has a trying day, or a meltdown, we put on Bob's an she calms down. We own a few seasons on Amazon, so we can always have it for her if we are traveling and she needs to watch Bob's. We even had a Bob's Burgers Birthday themed party for her second birthday -- it was very funny to see her cousins trying to figure out where these cartoons people came from, but they loved the 'Burger' cupcakes my wife made. We will be watching Bob's till the show gets cancelled and long past that as well, and honestly, I am good with Bob's Burgers being a part of my life forever.
Louise is her spirit animal!!
