Hello , so in summary: im trying to eat healthier and im doing around 2-3 hours of exercise a day and im trying to eat healthier but i wont lie , British Cuisine isn't the healthiest option and if im honest im not a big fan of it , so i was wondering what are some healthy Japanese dishes i can cook myself at home for a reasonable price , all suggestions are welcome.
I'm looking to cook a Japanese dish and I don't know where to start nor do I have any ideas.
I've made Asian dishes before and they came out great ( like orange chicken, stir fry)
I would like to try something different and new. Any ideas? Thanks :)
