Hello, I'm a high school student thinking about applying to Tim Hortons. My question is firstly, what do you think is the better way to go about applying for Tim Hortons - online or in person? There are a lot of Tim Horton's around my area so there's really not any trouble going in person.
My second question is how long does it take to hear back about my application?
I wish it wasn't happening. It's going to be a giant hassle and waste of money. I wish I had a say in things and could pare down the menu to the basics. What is wrong with fast coffee and donuts? Waiting half an hour on drive thru is brutal if you just want your every day coffee. Tim's is going to sht.
hey guys, I have a serious question, so the medium ice capp and all other ice capp have a lid that's open. So there's a space between the actual ice capp and the top of the lid. Is it wrong to ask them to fill it up to the top because some locations do it while others don't. Would an employee mind telling me is it wrong for a customer to ask them to fill it up to the top?
I'm addicted to the taste of the syrup they use but sometimes I'd rather just have a normal coffee at home. Does anyone know the brand of it, if there is one? Or if the Torani one is similar?
Every morning, I use the Tim Hortons mobile app order coffee and tea for my spouse and I. Sometimes we get breakfast. Since I live near Tim Hortons, I sometimes get breakfast or lunch or coffee on the weekends. About half the time the app tries to do a reload with my credit card it fails. When that happens, it won't work for a few days... at one point it took two weeks to work again. Tim Horton's customer service said it is my bank's antifraud protection. I doubt it is my bank, because my bank has let me spend thousands of dollars on electronics and camera equipment and all they do is send me a text to confirm that it is OK.
To get around this issue reloading the app, can I buy some Tim Horton's cards at Tim Horton's (at a time when the line isn't out the door) and transfer them to the app? Will there be a limit on how many cards I can transfer (in other words, the same issue)? Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
We are discontinuing the poutine at our location beginning July 25, and beginning to serve the Oreo Iced Capp, Blueberry fritter/ muffin/donut, and All Day Breakfast. Is this decision being made at a large scale? Is your location doing the same too in terms of date?
I started a couple days ago and sometimes customers order things I've never heard before and it's kinda embarrassing talking long to find things on the touch screen. How long did it take you guys when you first started?
I’m a huge fan of Tim Horton’s and have loved them since I was small. I have recently moved to London and I’ve moved at the time they opened in Glasgow!
However, everyone on Twitter keeps pushing for a London location and they just reply back “we will keep it in mind”. Two questions about this;
1) Why the same reply? Surely executives in the company understand the huge demand for years?
2) This is London. There is more money here than all the places they’ve opened in the UK! Why, again, the management haven’t thought to open here first and make much more money?
It's been consistently offered every year so far except this year, from mid-April to Sept 1/2nd.
It doesn't seem like it's coming back this year. Does this mean it's not happening?
I am aware that each franchisee differs from another, but all input is appreciated.
I am wondering if there has been any cases where an employee has been promoted to a supervisor/assistant manager in a matter of year. How likely is that given your experience at Tim Hortons?
