It was a news segment where jeremy asks something along the lines of "what is the best car" and an audience member chimes in saying his peugeot was the best because it had a 6 cd changer.

Any ideas what season/episode that was??

I feel like most of this sub is yanks who've only seen Top Gear on Netflix. For me, Top Gear was at its best between series 8-12, where it was obvious it had been faked but it was actually funny. Then the Bolivia special happened and after that they started catering to the yanks who thought Kitchen Nightmares was real and it all sort of became shit. "OMG! He set that thang on fire, that's hilarious dude!" For me TG was at its best when, at its core, it was about 3 mates having a laugh. I feel like most of the people on this sub are yanks who haven't even seen Top Gear at its glory years so their opinions are irrelevant anyway.

I think the engine shuts off cylinders when they’re not needed for fuel economy and he’s amazed that the rpm is basically at idle when he is at highway speeds.

Anyone know the car/segment?

Somewhere around 7 years ago after a very drunken new years eve I woke up on a friends couch and watched some tv in a semi still drunken state. I saw an episode of top gear, I can't remember if it was the real version or the American top gear but I saw the sexiest display of a lambo that I have ever seen. I am not even a big Lamborghini fan but I've literally spent combined hours over the years searching the internet for this clip. It was just a masterful display of cinematography as a lambo (I couldn't even tell you the model) did donuts around a matador as dust flew and slow-mo ensued, one of the hosts talked about the car and that's all I remember. Does anyone know where I can find this clip?
