My main issue with Reddit is if you get downvoted frequently on political forums it creates a 10 minute timer between posts. This creates an effect where popular opinion has an advantage and unpopular opinion gets censored to some degree. This drives away alternate opinion.

Has there been talk about ever giving forums the option to change this? Reddit is suppose to be the forum of the internet but the hive mind has too much of a debate advantage in forums where there is back and forth debate and this should change.

This subreddit was created for posting and sharing pictures (static or gif) and video. Unnecessary Censorship refers to the practice of adding censor bleeps, mosaic blurs or [black bars to source materials that were neither profane or explicit to begin with. The bleeps are typically dubbed over words to make it sound as if they were explicit. Mosaic blurs and black bars are placed over people, objects, or text to make it appear as if they are covering up pornographic or explicit material.
