It’s a free streaming service similar to Hulu. I have it on my Roku but it’s also available through an app on iPhone. If you haven’t ever watched the Australian version it’s worth the time and it’s the same Wilfred from the US version.

Has anyone noticed that the ball wilfred is always playing with symbolizes Ryan’s happiness?

I know that it's in Los Angeles but where in LA? I would like to go see the neighborhood with my own eyes.

So in an old post I explained how my buddy and I watched the entirety of the show while high. So I'm wanting to gaslight him just as the show gaslights its audience. I plan on only gaslighting him while we're high together. I have my Wilfred costume in my closet and I'm open to any ideas or help anyone wants to provide.

P.S.: Him and I are super close buds so this isn't like an evil act or anything, more like an elaborate and ultimately harmless prank.

I watched Season 4 as it came out, but now that I'm in college and I now smoke pretty regularly, a buddy and I watched through the whole series whilst high. It took a few months and we just finished it for the holiday. The show held up through this viewing. It was amazing and I'm so glad this show exists. One of the uncelebrated greats.

Man I fucking loved this show. Complexity executed with simplicity. Something really great about this show. What shows have you guys been watching since the show went off air? I've only really liked better call saul and Fargo seasons 1,3 since.

Never ceases to make me cry. I decided to watch the AU show, and I've gotta say its quirky as all hell. It does not follow Ryan and it is not the same story. The Aussie acting is weird and they give little context to the point where if I didn't know everyone sees Wilfred as a dog I would assume the show is about a sex fetish trio. However, I don't know if its good or bad yet. So far I'd say its at least funny and I recommend the first couple episodes for sure.

Don't know if this has been mentioned here, but this is a very weird show with Elijah Wood that I think people here would enjoy. Feels Wilfredy at times with Elijah playing the straight man to the insanity around him. It continues to impress me and keep me guessing every episode and has become literally one of my favorite shows. It has two seasons but has been canceled for the third season. There is hope if it gets enough traffic on Netflix outside the US that Netflix may pick it up. It's available on Hulu and BBCA's website in the US.

Apparently it’s not on Netflix anymore and I’m really dying to rewatch it. I’m in the feels bigtime right now on a bit of a nostalgia bender. Send help asap

Hello all, been a very long time since I posted here! I absolutely loved following Wilfred and coming here for discussion during the run of the show and after the big ending.

I'm back because I've been watching the new show on NBC "The Good Place", and while some of you may already be familiar I've thought about Wilfred a few times while watching and wanted to come here specifically to make the recommendation.

For those of you who are not familiar, "The Good Place" takes place in the afterlife, and follows Eleanor; she has died and is sent to the "good place" (heaven of sorts) after having lived a less than virtuous life so to speak. Comedy and chaos ensues. It can be fun to go into with nothing, but to those of you who want to see the preview here you go.

The style and tone is not as dark as Wilfred, and does have a pretty different feel over all. However, both shows get bit deeper than you would expect and both have a very strong finale for the first season. Season two of "The Good Place" is airing now and I am absolutely loving it.

Like I said they are pretty different so I'm sure some of you won't love it as much as I did, especially if you go into it expecting another "Wilfred" experience- but if you are a fan of Wilfred I at least think this one is worth checking out. Some strong points I think you will appreciate:

  • Deals with the idea of death and what comes after
  • Delves into philosophical ideologies and morality
  • Handles its characters and their growth very well (for the most part)
  • Takes one or two unexpected turns in plot
  • Some great moments of true emotion
  • A unique concept that creates some interesting situations

Well that's my bit, hopefully some of you find this show entertaining and get some joy out of it. Sorry for getting a bit off topic, just wanted to share this with the fanbase of Wilfred.

edited for some grammatical errors.
