I have been preparing bento for a while now and especially I enjoy chicken every other day. I came to realize that chicken legs, especially the upper parts are a cheap and very tasty cut. Now it is a bit inconvenient to always cut out the bones when preparing it, so i thought maybe preparing poultry with the bone would be easier. Now I don't remember coming across. A bento recipe with bones, so I wonder whether this is for ease of eating (I wouldn't mind much as I use cutlery) or for hygienic reasons maybe (meat near bones is the last part to become done so maybe the bone is still raw inside and that I fear could be problematic.
