As many might be wondering when will the completion of the ONT token swap occur. While the valuation the project has declined, I am still quite bullish and would like to acquire more. However, keeping them on the exchange for any amount of time is always troublesome and quite an uneasy feeling. If anyone could enlighten me on this topic I would greatly appreciate it.
I was never told to keep tracks of amounts of ETH and BTC in my binance account and cant go back to find history of depostis from various sites and exchanges to complete 3 of the checks.
I have my emails, new phone number, passport, webcam etc I just have no idea how to get back in my account given the random questions they re asking, they re asking how much BTC i have in my account and i ve never bought any BTC.
I have old 2 way passwords recorded and a Binance number i was told to keep hold of I thought for this very situation.
You cant ask anyone anything, the support is non existent and the help form does nothing.
Has anyone else had this problem once your phone number gets deactivated and you have a new number? these companies have to be flexible to shit changing out IRL and help people get back into their accounts like any emial/bank does, coinbase is way easier to reset.
Any ideas? thanks
Hey people, Binance is assessing the Nuls network before doing the swap for you. But it's already possible to start staking Nuls if you want. The only thing you need to do is perform the swap manually. https://firstname.lastname@example.org/how-to-swap-my-nuls-tokens-20bddbe8f599
Logged into my account to find a large IOTA that I did NOT buy. I never trade IOTA to begin with. Usually if you have an open buy order (even one forgotten about), it's for a lower price that eventually executes. But this happened right when a HUGE spike happened, and purchase was made near the very top. Price was $1.03, now down to $0.96. I have lost a ton on this incident. This is so nuts!! Anyone else experienced anything like this?
I know I've seen a few people with login issues lately. I'm using the Windows App on both my laptop and desktop, I login and hit enter, it takes me through the slider, and where it would normally take me to the 2FA page it just goes back to the login page and says loading and does nothing. When I login through browser it works fine, does anyone know what could be making the apps not login correctly?
I have a question to the staff of Binance Info also to the community if anyone knows the answer.
At the moment there's a number of coins which circulating supplies differ on these platforms. Meaning that Total marketcap is inflated or deflated on one of the platforms.
Coinmarketcap does not include unlocked team/advisor tokens into the circulating supply. In my opinion, they should, since if the tokens are unlocked, the team is able to dump them without any change in the circulating supply and afterwards they can contact CMC about increased circulating supply.
While searching for the answer I found this post from Binance support on reddit: "We recently contacted Coin Market Cap to get our circulating updated to show accurate stats, however, their definition of circulating supply does not include the unlocked founder tokens."
This message above indicates that Binance is looking at circulating supply from a different perspective. So I would like to know what is the real case here. How is Binance Info looking at this problem?
I thought Binance seemed like like are pretty helpful site that catered towards its users. However, a couple of instances recently I have thought otherwise: such as the MCT airdrop, that I found out they have no intention to honor user's purchases and rights to these coins.
Token swaps have also been taking particularly long such as NULS. A token swap like this for a large exchange should take minutes; a couple of people, manually, could do this in a working day. I guess ontology is having this problem too? This is embarrassing for a company this large, that can't even support its basic functions.
Can we trust this site to hold any of our tokens, is this another exist scam waiting to happen?
As stated in this thread Binance, please do not force 2FA for withdrawals with only those 2 options which is locked I have the problem of not being able to withdraw due to 2 Factor being a prerequisite.
THERE IS ZERO reason we should be forced to use google or to give a phone number.
A Simple EMAIL Verification has always worked on other exchanges for me and it should be the option here as well.
It looks like you are Data mining your customers.
And to Force it only when I try to withdraw is offensive.
And the link in the previous post on reddit I linked had a link to medium that could be used to use duo in lieu of has the account suspended.
symbiotic_bnb-angel 7 months ago stickied comment: Google Authenticator is not required. There are other apps. Personally, I use Duo, but Authy is a good alternative as well. Please try following this guide
I withdrew ICX then about 5 mins later i decided to update my password then got a notification that withdrawals are disabled for 24 hours after changing password. Now my withdrawal is stuck in “processing”. Will it automatically send after 24 hours or can i cancel it some how and resend after the 24 hours passes?
