Hi, to best help /u/Bitstamp-Domen to get to you faster, provide short description, ticket number and since when you have waited for your issue to be looked at, something like:

"MISSING FUND XX,XXX $ DEPOSIT date ##/## , ticket number ##, client ID ## and a short comment (optional)".

Be polite in your comment as well and no need to threaten to sue or file a complaint or anything, the staff are people too and trying to sort out the influx of tickets.

Note: ladies and gent please update your status once the issue has been resolved as well. For example: "UPDATE 01/01/2018 RESOLVED, comment (optional)"

I can't login to my account. Last time I logged in was months ago, but now my 2 factor auth code keeps getting rejected. I tried resetting my account password, but I'm trying to avoid resetting the 2 factor auth as well. I've never had a problem before. Is anyone else having issues? I sent a support email and DM'ed Bitstamp on twitter, but last time I did that I didn't get a response for months.

Hi, I am waiting for my ticket for more than 6 months (from 12th December 2017), now I really lost my patience. Bitstamp does nothing with my ticket, always gives me the same reply or even no responds. I am using a lot of exchanges but this is the worst customer service.

I sent 1000 USD from international wire from a Hong Kong bank account to Bitstamp. Surprisingly, it arrived in less than 12 HRS!! I'm quite happy about that, but when I checked my Bitstamp account, I only received 972.50 into my account.

It saw that the fee was 7.5 USD.

What happened to my 20 USD?

When I sent from my bank account, I selected not to deduct the remittance fee from the amount and to deduct my existing account balance. <-- I double checked and I can see the wire fee deducted from the existing account.

Any idea?

Hello everyone! I want to know how long does it take to withdraw to FIAT in SEPA zone? I want to hear your experience and if I will encounter any delays or issues.

Just wanted to get some advise from more experienced users and perhaps the bistamp support here is better than their phone an email support, they are simply rude and have been playing with me from the beginning.

I called bitstamp last week under the advise of a friend/advisor, I wanted to invest a substantial amount of money in BTC and sit on it, but wanted to get verified first and find out what their limits were on buying BTC, no limits they said, ok, got verified, had to send my documents in a very specific way, got verified VERY QUICKLY!, got their bank info, went to my bank and as I promised from the beginning, wired my funds, it's a large amount of money...

My bank called THEIR bank to get an ok (maybe because it was a large amount), THEIR BANK GRILLED ME WITH QUESTION!, I was shocked!, a little nervous, but I took it as their bank being careful, got the wire out.

I own the account, I am the owner, as is CLEARLY STATED in the wire receipt, anyone with common sense would know that

Send them the wire receipt, two days later I get a support ticket requesting me to send full documentation about my living trust!, they want to see who all the beneficiaries are, called my lawyer, he went CRAZY, HE WANTED TO TALK TO THEM, he was advising me against doing this because he says "THIS IS NOT INFORMATION THAT CAN BE SHARED, NOT PUBLIC DOMAIN, DON'T SEND IT TO SOME OUTFIT IN SLOVENIA OR UK... why would they need this???", and he's right, called them trying to solve the issue, they simply treat me like I'm nothing "SEND TICKET, NO SIR, SEND TICKET" over and over again, very arrogantly "we don't talk to other people you have to wait, sir".

I have done everything they've asked, but this is too much, they want my family information, PRIVATE INFORMATION, that no one but me and my wife know about, I'm really afraid, I hold some important asset.

They have stopped replying to tickets, treat me like nothing and are holding a large amount of money of mine, help please, any advise!, I can't believe I have done EXACTLY as I told them from the get-go, and they simply out me through different hurdles, but my living trust info?, no way my lawyer say, unless they're up to something...

Help please, I am very nervous....

I have deposited over 100 Btc to Gemini and sold before crash in January. I left the money sir for mints in their account with no issues. My first withdraw was for 60000 and today I tried to withdraw the rest to buy a home but was stopped with a KYC form. How long does this process take as I am under a deadline and not able to get any answers. They took my money and kept it with no issue but are now unresponsive.

hello an information I received the international bank transfer of 60 euros but I saw on your site that there is a fee of € 15. if I earn from the cryptocurrencies € 1000 from multiple buy / sell movements and I make a transfer of € 1,000 all together in the bank how much I pay taxes? es: if I load 1000 € on the bitstamp and I gain 500 and I redo the same procedure then I regain it 500 € so the total is 2000 € if I send € 2000 in the bank I pay € 15 anyway? Thanks for the answer

So I used to be able to buy bitcoin on Bitstamp with my debit card no problems. Now last time I tried it says blocked by cardholder provider. So I call my bank and they say they put a four week "travel notice" on my account and i have to wait 24 hours for it to go through. A week later (today) I try to buy bitcoin and get the same message, so I'm probably going to have to call my bank, wait 24 hours, etc. Basically if I want a smooth transaction I have to call my bank 30 mins in advance and let them know I'm trying to buy bitcoin. In short Bitstamp is no longer worth it for me. Also I am unable to remove my debit card, and have the same card listed twice lol.

Edit: My problem has been wrong phone number linked to bank account. Never mind bitstamp is great

I'm (was) a satisfied customer of Bitstamp. I don't trade very much, but everytime I deposited or withdrawed it went fine (and fast).

But almost a month a go I requested another (euro) withdraw. The next couple of days Support sent me a ticket requesting some KYC info which I answered. For some reason not al answers where sufficient, apperently. The questions where very detailed and I didn't want to give that much information. Regrettable, but no problem for me, I thought. I will use other exchanges instead. It's Bitstamps choice to accept that or not. And if not, the consequention is that we can’t do business anymore. That’s fine. So I asked to let me withdraw the funds in my account and then they could close my account.

BUT... since that moment I did not here anything from them! I want to take my money out of my account.

Also crypto withdrawals are disabled in my account for weeks now.

Because the delay I'm losing money en missing opportunities.

Can you please respond as soon as possible to support ticket #436041.

Hey guys, BitStamp gave me a warning that destination wallet should support ETH generated by smart contracts, can I withdraw from my BitStamp account to my Exodus wallet ? anyone using Exodus here ?
