I wanna create an Estonian company and I would like to associate a bank account with it so that I can purchase crypto from bitstamp.

Which bank will allow me to spend my fiat money on bitstamp? ( I have heard that banks are not very crypto friendly, and they would reject bank transfers )

it shows up as finished on my bitstamp account but i cant find it on blockchain and of course not on the other side

Lost my phone next week, so i couldn't access my bitstamp account got a new one tried to use 2fa but it always took my codes as invalid, asked for a reset, did as usual my selfie with the current date for bitstamp only, but it doesn't work. anyone from bitstamp could help me reset 2fa?

I have been able to by XRP with my debit card in the past but now your website says that it was declined. My bank doesn't see the transactions even coming through on their side. I'm starting to question this service. When will this be fixed?

Bitstamp you blocked my account with more then 150 000 USD. You did not repay them to the bank. You do not answer. Where is my money? Are you thiefs or bancrupt?

I'm asking this because I've noticed that it varies a bit, would be really helpful to understand how it works, and also get info and the last batch produced time. I'm asking this because some times I have some time sensitive operations, and the bitstamp withdrawal does not always hit on time. Any insite would be appreciated, thanks

  2. My account have verified several months ago.
  3. And when I deposit ETH to bitstamp, no one told me need to do KYC procedure before the deposit. and on one told me need to do KYC procedure when I want to withdrawal my eth.
  4. when I withdrawal my USD from bitstamp to my bank. no one told me need to do the KYC procedure.
  5. I withdrawal my USD twice, and successfully. no one told me need to do the KYC.
  6. but! after I deposited a lot of eth, they just don't let me deposit my funds. and someone called Anže M told me need to do the KYC procedure.then, this guy ask me to provide a lot of document. you can see the whole ticket below.
  7. I think no one have sent soooooooooo many documents to bitstamp before. I just want my money back. they have no right to frozen my money.
  8. I have try all my best to give when they want, and they just sit in front of the computer and ask me to give more document again and again.
  9. now I just feel anger. I decide to go to the Chinese Embassy in UK to looking for help, and I will sue this guy if necessary.
  10. everyone will have sympathy for me after they see my ticket below.

Any clue on when will USD deposits be available on Bitstamp?

Hello everyone do other people have problems with advance trade in bitstamp? I have constant problem with limit order that i lost a lot of money. It failed to execute when the price is reached or when i execute and advance buy or sell at different price levels it just did it at the current price immediately. Now it is totally useless to me and i loss a lot of money in recent drop due to it failed to sell when I had the limit order in place.

Missing £1900 of my hard earned money and not getting any reply from cust service. As a long term user of various exchanges I would recommend avoiding Bitstamp at the moment. For one of the most prestigeous exchanges, this really is a fall from grace.

got asked to change password, i did, but next login attempt seemed not to work and ended up getting locked out of my account. Sent the picture required about 16 hours ago but not sure if quality good enough, so i resent to the support email a new picture with fully readable ID info...how long does it usually take to get an account unblocked? is customer service (email, facebook, twitter) also working on weekends? Many thanks

Hi, is anyone familiar, what is going on with their international USD withdrawals?

I have got the following explanation by email:

Reason:You recently requested a USD withdrawal at Bitstamp. Unfortunately, we cannot complete your withdrawal at this time. We are currently switching to a new payment service provider for USD transfers. Unfortunately, this process is taking longer than anticipated. Until the switch is completed, we are unable to process international USD withdrawals. Because of this, we will reject your open withdrawal request. Our team is working hard to bring back worldwide USD withdrawals as soon as possible. We will let you know immediately when this service is available again. In the meantime, you can submit a withdrawal using any other currency listed on our International Wire withdrawal form or request an EUR SEPA withdrawal if you hold a bank account that is part of the SEPA network. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and continued support while we deal with this matter. Best, The Bitstamp Team

Hello Bitstamp support team,

I have a missing international USD wire withdrawal. I issued the wire withdrawal on Aug. 16th. The process ID is 5074808 and it showed 'Finish' on Aug 29th. However I'm still not seeing the this transaction showing up in my bank account.

May you please help check what went wrong? And also, may you please give me more detailed information w.r.t. this transaction, like wire transfer ID etc. so that I can check with my bank's end?

My ticket about this issue is #BIT-34035

Attention Bitstamp,

I received an update email from you on August 24th regarding withdrawals, which in part reads:

 1. For customers with USA bank accounts

USD domestic withdrawals and deposits (for customers with US bank accounts) are working. However, delays may occur while we fully implement the switch to our new payment service provider.

Can you confirm that USD withdrawals are working for customers who live in the US with US bank accounts? Just trying to understand the timeframe on when my withdrawal will be processed since this update says it is working (unless I'm reading it wrong). Please respond when you have a free moment, thanks.

Hello.

I made a withdrawal of 10k USD, it is still in processing for more than a week.

I would like to cancel this withdrawal and take my BTC somewhere else.

Come on, if you are really having issues with withdrawal why accept withdrawal request, just disable it until you can deliver.
