I spoke to the Mods they say they will sticky this so everyone can find it.
Personally I mix Worcestershire sauce into the meat and coat both sides other salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
When cooking I always use a timer to be consistent. Also to avoid bulging during cooking I make a top of the patty a little concave.
