Personally I mix Worcestershire sauce into the meat and coat both sides other salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
When cooking I always use a timer to be consistent. Also to avoid bulging during cooking I make a top of the patty a little concave.

Looking to make my own patties and wanted to see if I could prep the patties in bulk. Would it be okay to freeze the uncooked patty that has worchestire sauce mixed with it?
