Not 'e' but 'd' would be the answer . 'Cause port 23 is of the device which is telnetted to. Suppose PC1+-------+Router , If PC1 has to access the router through telnet , the port used by PC (PC's port number can be any > 1023) and port used by the router would be port 23 as PC is accessing the router through Telnet application.

Derp! Yep totally had a brain fade. The return traffic will be sourced from 23 on the router. Cheers for that!

Not A and B because the source address needs to be in the 2.2.3.16/30 network

Not C or E because telnet works on port 23
