I’ve managed to find recipes for a few of my favourite dishes whilst I was in China however no luck on my favourite Shandong dish that I just couldn’t get enough of in Qingdao. If anyone has a recipe for this unbelievable dish could you please share!!
I love cooking and when I leave China, I'd really like to bring a cookbook or two with me so I can continue to learn how to make truly authentic Chinese dishes! I'm in Suzhou right now and was wondering if anyone had recommendations on where I could go or look to really get an authentic Chinese cooking resource. It doesn't matter if it's in English or Chinese, I can work with either!
