So just had my first crepe Suzette ever and I was curious, it's the grand mariner taste meant to be so pronounced? A few of the bites tasted like I was having a shot.

Cheers in advance :)

Im already planning on making a seafood one, with some sole. I am also making one with scrambled eggs, with onions and garlic added, and siracha as spice. What else should i make, or what should i add to my fillings to make it a good savory filling for my crepes?

I dont have any sort of meats i can use, as im trying to use what's in my fridge before i leave, tomorrow night. The Sole will have to fill that spot.......

So this may sound a little odd, but I'm having trouble trying to eat crepes. There's this shop that sells lovely crepes, but they don't give you a plate. Instead they give it to you buy hand in a little cardboard pocket with some napkins. Now, the first time I tried them, I didn't make much of a mess, while standing up. But the second time, I sat down and tried to eat it, but I made a massive mess and a lot of fillings came out. =/ I had strawberry, whipped cream and chocolate and some of the filling just squeezed out and fell onto my jeans and coat. =/

So someone, please help. How the heck do I eat a crepe without a plate and without making a mess?
