I couldn't even make that sober.
Neither could I
What’s up guys! So I was looking to for a way to use up a deer neck from this past hunting season and ended up making a pulled venison BBQ in my slow cooker. My necks raw weight was 7 lbs, 6 oz. it fit pretty perfectly in my crock pot. In there I also threw: Ketchup 2 cups, Soy sauce 3 tablespoons, Brown sugar 4 tablespoons, Mustard 3 tablespoons, Demi glacé 1 tablespoon, Garlic powder 1 tablespoon, Onion powder 1 tablespoon,Black pepper 1/2 tablespoon, Cornstarch 2 tablespoons, Dry red wine 1/2 cup, and Beef broth 2 32oz containers.
Let those go low and slow overnight or until you can stick a fork in the neck and it comes apart super easily. Then pull all your meat out and shred it off the bones on a big cutting board. Now I reduced my sauce. You can do it by setting your crock pot to high, but I’m impatient and put it on the stove. Reduce it down to a nice thick BBQ sauce and mix it with your neck meat.
For the Mac n’ Cheese that was pretty simple. Melt a tablespoon or so of butter in a pot and start adding flour until you get a thick roux. Then stir in cream and heat and mix. Then add cheese. I did a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella because that’s what I had on hand. Boil elbow pasta 8-10 minutes and stir in.
All in all it was pretty decent. If I had to pick I’d probably go with a store bought BBQ sauce over it but it was still pretty good. No ragrets buds.
Also, [I've been posting on my Instagram page first] (https://www.instagram.com/stevecookswhendrunk/), so if you want to see what I'm cooking you can check it out. Thanks for looking folks!
Excuse me but this looks very delicious and it upsets me because I like this sub for drunken disasters/masterpieces using only cook-from-frozen mozzarella sticks, pickles, and deli cheese.
Can you please repeat this except completely hammered and also maybe blindfolded?
This looks incredible.
Every time you post I just want you to host a barbecue or something. It all looks so good.
DrunkenCoookery: Just like yo' mama used to beat it.
