Got out on the river for the first time since moving to Washington. Last time I went fly fishing was as a kid, stoked to be getting back into it! Beautiful day on the river.

Parachute Adams will take you far, my friend. Best universal pattern IMO. Size 12 down to 24.

Agreed! Parachute Adams is a solid searching pattern. Elk Hair Caddis are hard to beat as well!

Haha, quite the look of shock, probably the same look I made when he broke the surface for my fly.

I was wondering that. Didn't look like the hook got him but it looked detached.
