So, I made these the other night for the first time ever, and they turned out really good. You will need:
Boneless chicken breasts.
Plain Panko bread crumbs.
A few eggs.
A seasoning of your choice (I used lemon pepper and salt) and a deep fryer.
How much crumbs, seasoning, and eggs depends solely on how many tenders you plan to make.
First, heat your fryer. Slice your chicken up into strips. The breasts I bought made between 4-6 strips. Scramble your eggs in a bowl. Take your Panko crumbs and pour into a separate bowl, and mix your seasonings in the bread crumbs.
Dip the slices into the egg mix, then roll around in the crumb/seasoning mix. Lastly, fry them up! They cook in about 4.5 minutes WARNING! Depending on the size of your fryer, only put a couple strips in at a time to avoid overflow. (I did this accidentally) Your fryer will need cleaning afterwards, as its really messy, but please let it cool down before you clean it.
Also, if you make these, let me know how they came out. Any feedback is appreciated!
