Welcome fellow prototypers!

This sub-reddit's sole purpose is to share functional, and useful 3D Print ideas.

Too long has the Home 3D Printing industry been plagued with the false notion that 3D Printers are only useful to make dust collectors.

This will be the sub-reddit we all link to, to showcase and prove to those that are new to 3D printing, that with the proper imagination, 3D Printers actually have a very functional use around the home and workplace.

Share you work.

Share your idea's.

RULES OF POSTING

No Dust Collectors.

No Toys. (Other than modification or repair parts for existing toys)

No Decorative Containers. (Vases, Boxes, Chests, etc)

No Jewelry.

EDIT Nov 26 2014 : No Ornaments

EDIT Oct 10 2015 : Questions about functional printing will be allowed, but removed ~24 hours after posting. This will allow a chance for the question to be answered, but still keep the sub a gallery like listing of functional prints.

EDIT Feb 17 2017: General 3D Printing Tips/News/Questions will be removed and expected to be posted in /r/3Dprinting
