If you haven’t seen the deleted Friday the 13th 7 kills, you haven’t truly seen the movie. Best kills in the entire series.

The uncut version never being restored is one of the biggest travesties in horror.

yup my same thought. I like this movie too, jason vs somebody who can kick his ass.

What i don't understand is why they didn't make the killings ultra brutal in the new movies.I think if they did that Jason would get back that aura of a monstrous psycho killer.I think people nowadays are more scared of the real world so that would help.

Have you seen the Killer Cut? The toolshed scene is brutal as hell.

ehh I mean it’s a great kill, but it’s missing the over the top brutalness seen in something like the Hatchet series. I agree with the other dude just cuz my fav kills are the ones that show off Jason’s brute strength

I wouldn't like Hatchet style kills for Jason. It's way too much of a gimmick in Hatchet. They steal the show, for better or worse. Jason, I feel, has a bit more depth. And he's brutal but he's also swift.

I'm bummed part 8 wasn't uncut on the box set. I heard the digital download has it uncut. (Mainly,I'm talking about the one tent kill.)

The uncut head crushing scene is my favorite in the series. It’s so raw and brutal.

I think that’s my favorite as well. I like all of the kills with more gore except for the sleeping bag kill. I think it’s more effective with only one swing.

Mark's death from Part 2 is my favorite kill, but Melissa's here is a close second.

man they need a unrated version of this movie in the worse way. Its been almost 30 years come on pull the trigger on it, it could of came out today.

They can’t. They only have those dailies they dont have the rough cut on film anymore. It’s not possible

why not? Hold onto that stuff

I don’t know what you mean? They just weren’t preserved. They don’t exist anymore. Watch Crystal Lake Memeories. They clear it up.

huh well, i wouldn't mind a remake of this with CGI then, recast the roles.

This bums me out because otherwise 7 is my favorite. Jason is so badass in it.

Part 7 is my least favorite of the series but if we ever get a director's cut it would probably move way up my rankings.

Wait, you like Jason Goes To Hell more than you like Part 7?

The original negatives are probably forever lost. Paramount in the 80’s was notorious for trashing negatives or best case scenario they are mislabeled in Paramounts vaults which is pretty much lost forever.

There exists a version of this film with the deleted scenes spliced into it. It ain't pretty but gives you something of an idea of how it would have looked.

I always wondered why some movies get cut so much and there's other movies that are so way over the top with gallons of blood and guts regardless of the time they were made. Either way Jason is and always will be my favorite and I love all the movies. Theyre my go-to feel good movies that I can watch over and over. Oh and you gotta love the commentary on this. "Wasn't that attractive"? Haha

The fuck is up with this commentary? Why is everything attractive?
