So I have not been on reddit for a while.

I posted a few things from my blog and I have been having consistent traffic all morning. I should have watched yesterday, but I did have the most views I have had in a long time in 1 day. (This was also to someone sharing an article I wrote on them).

Wanted to share it with my other lady bosses.

(and if you feel like it... check me out r/https://www.growinginjerseycity.com)

Few years ago I have started a car exporting business with a friend out of simple curiosity. We purchased couple of used cars through a car auction and sent them overseas to sell. As soon as the vehicles reached the destination, they were instantly sold out. We understood right away that we were onto something. Without any second thoughts, we decided to increase the number of cars we would send. Our problem was that we didn’t have enough cash to purchase additional cars. Delivery of cars on the ship would take about 3 months and we simply couldn’t just wait that long to cash out and repurchase cars again. We would be losing on the opportunity to grow our business and make more money. Getting a loan was the solution and we started looking lending institutions and banks. Unfortunately, dozens of them rejected us because of our credit scores, insufficient collateral and bunch of other reasons we didn’t know about. Also the application process would take forever and it was super hard to get approved. Few lenders eventually approved us for a loan, but we didn't know if those rates were competitive enough. Then we thought that there must be many other small business owners like us who are not able to find working capital easily for their businesses. So we’ve built a Funder Hunt - a lending platform that saves you hundred of hours on searching for lenders that provide working capital for your business at competitive rates. Have a look and let us know what you think🙂

Hey ladies!! Happy Friday!!

I'll be 30 in a week and have been working since I was 14 but today is my last day at my (any!) job, as I'm going to go to college full time in the fall!! I'm rather nervous about the big change but I'm also SO excited for it!!

Most everyone here are ignoring the fact that my ass won't be here next week so I'm glad to have an outlet for my happy mood and excessive use of exclamation points!!

Cheers to new beginnings!!

Hi! I'm currently redoing labels for my perfume products. Here are some drafts.

-I'm planning on changing the colour scheme, this is just the "see what I'm doing" one. It has to be this small to fit on the tiny little bottles, and the hand symbol is legally mandated by the EU to show the allergy info is on an enclosed leaflet.

-I'm trying to get the star decoration to look like this kind of doodle style, and I'm not quite sure how best to get that look across, especially on such a small scale. Does anyone have any thoughts?

-I think the name Sable Scents needs some subtle decoration at one or both ends, but not sure what to put there. I need it to go well with the stars.

-How's the font sizing and spacing?

Thanks in advance!

We started about year ago in San Francisco and had to pivot our business over the entire course to better find my company's niche' market. The idea came from my roommate and myself as we were both working as freelancers at time (programming and sales respectively) and the difficulties we faced. Those usually included fast payment, overworking, underworking, and just about everything else in between. We were looking at new companies like Upwork as the holy grail until you actually work on their platform and get gouged by their fat cut into your checks. As we have bills to pay and mouths to feed we understandably felt robbed and decided to come up with a solution together. That's when SUPERTEAM was born.

By cutting out outrageous overheads we were able to simplify the process without sacrificing the quality. To do this we tapped into hot networks and were able to produce spectacular talent and a fractional cost. All in all, we're still growing as a company and are working toward possibly having our own office by the end of the year. However, I'm curious as to in which direction that would be. Will someone help me out? Here's a link to check us out!
