Running animations not working right after last update. Just Me?

Gaz said to talk about bugs but I can't record video on my pc. it's too low end. The game works better since the last update. Better frame rate on the same PC.


Running animations are weird, legs don't complete the full arc and it looks like heroes are tipi-toeing (I don't know how to spell that) around. Anyone else getting the same problem?

EDIT: Some dash animations are messed up too. I just played Thor with the King Thor costume and when I dash the legs don't get into the usual dash position. So maybe it's a legs thing hope this helps anyone at gaz find the problem. It's not at all game breaking. But still I'll try to help anyway I can.

same issue here in all game modes with all characters.

Did you all try resetting your graphic settings or maybe deleting your config files so that they get re-initialized with new defaults?

I have also noticed issues with running/riding anims. The runs not looking quite right, and the models sometimes looking as if they are sliding when making turns, instead of running. Looks a bit like they are running and hit an oil slick on a corner, and slip a bit as they are turning. Also noticed some blurring/fuzziness of the models during movement. This seems to be more noticeable to me during the faster movements. Lastly, at the crafter when I click items in my inventory to populate the crafter window, I have noticed the items icons seem to blank out, which never used to happen to me. Not sure if this is working as intended now or not? Also, an odd thing with the action bar tool tips staying "on screen" if I happen to mouse over them in the middle of combat. I have to run the mouse back over them to get them to clear after. Can be very annoying mid fight. Anyway...that's what I've noticed for now.

Characters and NPCs look fuzzy to me as well

I had this issue appear in the middle of longish play session today. It appears to be the animation engine losing track of run speed increases. I.E. all your movement animations play as if you have... whatever the base movement speed is no matter how much actual move speed you have. However your character still moves that fast relative to the environment so... things don't match up.

Yes, I have the extended run animation all on characters when using custom max camera distance, or any distance past a middle zoom. I was personally calling it the "Geisha shuffle."

Yeah! I just noticed today that when I'm fully zoomed int it works fine. But I use the camera pretty far away.
