What is that a 12 minute egg
i can smell the sulfur from here...
That's a sad egg, and the pork looks dry.
probably should have phrased this better, best broth i've had
Try using ramendb to find great ramen in Japan!
Came here to say this. The good news is that if this was the best you’ve had, there is probably still better to be discovered!
Sometimes taste wins over looks. This could be the case.
Are you in Tokyo righy now? Came back from there last Monday. Is hot AF. Go get yourself a tsukemen at tetsu under shinagawa station. It's fantastic and not as hot as a Ramen
That's a sad looking ramen egg and that meat looks like they bought it at the grocery store...
Where was it?
Is that tonkatsu?
No, it’s Tonkotsu.
No, this is Patrick.
I feel like you are not doing yourself justice in Japan by going to hundreds of better places for good ramen. This just looks sad even in non-Japan standards.
I agree. It's like the OP is trying to troll us by picking the worst example of ramen, in Japan, that he can.
Food in Japan is so much cheaper and better
That’s a nice looking bowl of soup for $5
walk to the next store over. This is prob better than any ramen you had, but definitely way better ones available
Not to be a downer, but if that's the best ramen you've had in Japan, you're missing out big time fam...
Better not tell us where that was. Or else some of us actually might be able to go there.
not even soft boiled egg rofl (rolling on the floor of the ramen restaurant that serves me not soft boiled egg)
