/R/Ramen just hit 100k Subs!

Wow guys, I am honestly so shocked and in awe. I remember when I joined the sub 5 years ago, we barely had 15k subs, and maybe just one post a day. Look at how this community has grown! Look at how ramen continues to gain popularity!

I want to thank all of you for spreading the love of soup and noodles with a wider audience. You're the reason this sub has 100k subscribers. From humble instant noodles to sprawling ramen crawls through Japan, I hope we can continue to cultivate all sorts of expressions of this dish.

Cheers to future ramen experiences, posts, and conversations with you all.

Someone said "at least this wasn't posted to /r/ramen." It is now. I think it's cute. [instant]

Sun Noodle in Europe

Sun Noodle states on their website "We create fresh ramen noodles and Asian noodle products for top chefs, restaurants and home cooks throughout North America, South America and Europe.". But i cannot find anything when checking their "find us" tab while searching throughout Europe. Does anyone have any information about where i can find Sun Noodle in Europe? Or are they simply implying that chefs order noodles and serve in their restaurants in Europe? Seems weird cus then they could've probably add the whole world if that was the case

Need help with pork broth

I have made a batch of pork broth for Tonkotsu. I let it cool and it went solid and jelly like. It has been a few days and some of the broth has gone liquid. It doesn't smell bad or different to before, but has it gone off? Can I still use it? Many thanks.

Must try ramen in Auckland, NZ?

Not a lot of Auckland bowls on this sub, I'm in the city for a couple of days and as with every new city I gotta try what they have to offer. Any kiwis able to suggest their favourite bowl of ramen in Auckland?
