If Our Solar System Moves In Space Why Don't the Stars Move

Can someone please explain this to me?

When it comes to rockets I just want to know what's the advantages / disadvantages for the Delta IV and the Atlas V? Why keep both around? Which is better? Which is most cost effective?

I tried to look these things up but I just end up running in a circle. Please help!

VR Space?

What can you say about using VR to explore the space? Is this achievable? Will people benefit from using virtual reality to see what the space actually look like? How about in class, will the use of VR help the students actually learn about the outer space?
