Congrats! Glad our exams could help get you in the right mindset. Considering you passed at 100 questions, it clearly worked!! ;)

For what it's worth, if you're doing well, you SHOULD feel like you're failing. With CAT exams, every correct answer increases the difficulty until you're taking only the hardest questions (and every incorrect answer decreases the difficulty). So you don't want to see a bunch of softball questions... you WANT to see them give you the hard stuff!

Generally, I don't recommend taking our exams over and over until you can get a certain score. A practice exam can gauge your ability to pass only the first time you see a previously unseen batch of questions. After the first time, you'll start memorizing answers, whether consciously or subconsciously.

What I do recommend is this: read ALL our explanations, even for the questions you can answer correctly. Know why the right answer is right, why the wrong answer is wrong, and in what scenarios those wrong answers might be considered right. If you truly understand what is in those explanations, you'll be ready for whatever (ISC)2 can throw at you.

For what it's worth, a 67 is pretty darn good for the first time through one of our exams. ;) Your scores will get better as you shore up any weak areas.

If it's in our product, you should learn it, REGARDLESS of whether it's listed in the official exam topics. Trust me on this.

That is not accurate. The Boson material gives you information that is likely to help you pass the CCNA test, not to be a CCNA. I know, because I write them.

That said, I thank you for your compliment.

What would you do if an NCO from another branch tried smoking you? by fullofquestions- in army

[–]BosonMichael -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Doesn't matter. Nobody in the unit got sent to PLDC despite having slots available. So nobody got promoted. I served three years Active and three Reserve and got out - I had had enough of broken units.

I didn't know the drill instructor in question (if he was in fact an NCO and not a commissioned officer; he did not wear a drill sergeant hat, I remember that). We were not in the same chain of command. We were just warm bodies taking weapons because our unit had no mission.

Well, that didn't happen. The cadet dropped, did 20 pushups, and everyone went about their business. Nothing more was done or said from either chain.
