Leave it to Politico to find a random issue absolutely no one cares about and frame it in a way that makes the EU look weak.

Oh, look, yank-bot number 29801489.

Politico and Bloomberg are basically the American RT at this point.

I like how you changed the wording from 'Russia' to 'Eastern Europe/Central Asian countries', the dominance of whom I have never questioned, though I think you may be over-exaggerating there too.

How else would you describe Uzbekistan, Dagestan, Chechnya, Ossetia, Georgia, Armenia, Turkiye, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Iran, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, etc? (Most of which are former Soviet Republics)

I think you may be over-exaggerating there too.

Cuba and USA get an honorable mention.

How many Dagestani wrestling / boxing / judo / kickboxing champions are there? How many ANZACs? How many Dagestani are competing in mma? How many ANZACs?

Let's see what happens when the top wrestlers from these Eastern European / Central Asian countries begin to migrate over to MMA. ( Taha Akgül. Sadulaev. )

WTF are you going on about? I'm talking about Russia. RUSSIA. And Dagestan too I suppose, seeing as that's part of Russia. I'm not really familiar with the wrestling scene but I doubt I can go wrong assuming you're full of it so I'll do that. As for boxing, Eastern Europe/Central Asia absolutely do not dominate, what an absurd thing to say. No heavyweight boxing champion has EVER come from any of those places you listed with the exception of Ukraine who want nothing to do with Russia. It's pretty much the same for the lighter divisions where most of the champions seem to come from Europe these days.

How many Dagestani wrestling / boxing / judo / kickboxing champions are there?

There really aren't that many you know...And who cares about Judo?

How many ANZACS? How many Dagestani are competing in mma? How many ANZACS?

Well, considering how popular MMA is in Russia and Dagestan it's definitely surprising how small their footprint is despite that. Pound-for-pound ANZAC countries seem to do better in MMA than Russia and Dagestan.

Look at a map and study some history. Russia and (USSR) is a complicated place. The best Russian fighters come from the area located where Europe meets Asia. That area is not exclusively Russian.

I'm not really familiar with the wrestling scene...

That says so much.

Avtandil Khurtsidze? Nikolai Valuev? Golovkin? (There are more..) Again study some history. Olympic boxing history... The cold war and how that prevented athletes from competing professionally in the USA.. Boxing history.. Corruption in the boxing match making system.

How many wrestlers are in the top 15 of all the divisions in the UFC ?

And Ukraine, which is the only country you've listed that I care about, is ethnically Ukrainian by a large margin.

Avtandil Khurtsidze?

Georgian.

Nikolai Valuev?

Lost to David Haye, a European.

Golovkin?

Good one, but see below...

(There are more..)

Look, I'm not denying that the regions you've listed are capable of producing some good fighters but they don't produce nearly as many as certain other regions and that should be acknowledged before everyone starts circlejerking over the next Dagestani hypejob.

Again study some history. Olympic boxing history...

Russia has fewer medals in Olympic boxing than even Italy, Britain and Cuba. What point are you trying to make here?

The cold war and how that prevented athletes from competing professionally in the USA..

And vice versa, of course.

Boxing history.. Corruption in the boxing match making system.

Cry some more.

Good, that was a crap fight anyway. Hopefully they can get someone like Khalil Rountree to fill in instead.

Prachnio was the guy that got nuked by Alvey.

Ankalaev was the victim of Bearjew's last-second triangle.

Favor Ankalaev based on his last performance which was super impressive outside of the last 10 seconds. Prachnio looked a bit shit, marching at a counterstriker chin up waiting to get decked.

It wasn't that impressive honestly. Ankalaev looked tentative on the feet against a guy with practically no striking skills whatsoever.

I don't have the game myself but I have heard it leans towards cinematic realism. There's also a Savage Worlds version but I don't own that either so I can't tell you much about it.

Damn and we're off to a bad start for the underdogs already.

Germany is a strong and independent European nation.

*German bank.

Ramos 2-0 IMO.

Oh my god it's that guy who got that self-slam KO.

No wonder Trump and the US so easily left the Iran deal, they knew their European ''allies'' would easily fall into line and follow US foreign policy. As always only the independent powers of Russia and China follow their own policies. The meaningless EU countries have no means to follow any policies independent of the US. Even if it leads to regime change wars in Iran.

The positive in all of this is that it confirms that all European ''support'' of the Iran deal was nothing more than useless words, they had no intention of continuing to follow the Iran deal as soon as the US left.

What about AIIB and Nordstream 2?

Germany bows down to US pressure. Who would have thought?

Didn’t stop them from joining that Chinese bank.

Everyone and their mother joined to that bank, it doesn’t mean anything. Germany dropping Iran does mean that German governments words are not trustable though. After all their grandstanding they still lick US balls.

The US tried to pressure Germany and other allies not to join that bank, so I believe it does count. There’s also Nordstream 2, which actually matters unlike this Iran farce.

Even if that is correct shouldnt laws be universal? Doesnt matter who cat called doesnt matter who hits who. It's all bad. In france this is skewed though. Your wife can have an affair get pregnant with someones else his child. You can find out, get the child dna tested, have a divorce AND still pay child support for not your child.

This is such a reddit post.

Americans are as quick as ever to declare victory due to trifling circumstances. If this trade war was having as much of an effect as the author of this piece posits why is China's growth still sky-high?

Not hard to reach a certain number when you routinely fake your economical data.

the EU has a smaller economy than the US and is growing slower, the EU is almost guaranteed to lose out compared to the US just per default. China may or may not get through it fine, doesn't mean the EU isn't in trouble.

Doesn't change the fact their growth is almost completely unaffected by recent events.

For now. We may still grow faster than them in the next quarters like we did in the first quarter and we're not the ones picking a fight with China like the US is doing.

Maybe you should produce more stuff that people want to buy instead of placing tariffs on competitors?

You may be interested in Ghost Ops. It comes in two flavours: Original system and Savage Worlds. I haven't had the chance to try either yet but they do apparently have rules for World War 2.

Iraq was about making sure they don’t trade in Euro’s.

Hence why Europe didn’t go into Iraq.

Parts of Europe did.

So Europe will buy expensive US gas instead of cheap Russian gas?

I haven't seen anything to suggest Nordstream 2 is under threat so far.

Trump has been the toughest U.S. President against Russia since the cold war.

https://www.npr.org/2018/07/20/630659379/is-trump-the-toughest-ever-on-russia

And new concessions from the eu include sending LPG to Europe which will severely cripple Russia.

How can it cripple Russia when they're building Nordstream 2?

Do you have the slightest idea of the difference in size between Russia and the EU's militaries?

Well I disagree with you on that and I even provided timestamped punches for you which you still haven't done and IMO haven't convincingly refuted. Also, fightmetric agrees with me, which is more than can be said for you.
