I want to stop my friends from seeing old images that I am tagged in from my feed but allow them to see any new images I am tagged in. The tagging option in the 'Timeline and Tagging' settings only allows for all or nothing.

I'm planning to buy a Subaru BRZ as my first car (I'm 34!). I know very little about cars. Is there any reason why this is a bad idea?

I'm planning to get one that's a few years old, with maybe 20k or so on the clock. I expect to pay about £14k. Is this reasonable? What should I look out for when shopping for used BRZs?

Thanks

Have you checked what the insurance will be? I imagine it will be very steep for a new driver, even if you are in your 30s.

It might be sensible to drive something small and sensible for a couple of years to build up some No Claims Bonus before getting a sports car.

Looks like it will be £700, which does seem high to me

It's a front engined RWD 2 seat sports car aimed at driving enthusiasts. It's also quite powerful (200ish BHP).

Will probably be fine but it wouldn't be my personal choice for a first car as it might need a bit more driving ability and experience than your typical FWD hatchback.

thanks for the info. Are RWD cars a lot more difficult to handle than FWDs?

By modern standards I don't think she would be considered beautiful. I wonder what they thought of her back then.

If I buy my partner out of our property during a separation is there anything I can do to ensure the courts don't require the asset to be split in half when we eventually divorce?

I bought my ex out of our house 3 years before we divorced. I had a seperation agreement drawn up as part of the process.

thanks, then when you eventually divorced did you go through any final division of assets?

There were no further assets, we just provided the seperation document withthe divorce papers.

I'm assuming he's retained a lawyer for the divorce? He should inform his lawyer on this and if there are large sums of money being hidden, a forensic accountant will be able to find it. Judges do not like these sorts of tricks. However, £20 here and there could be literally anything and I wouldn't jump to conclusions - divorces can get quite combative and stressful and under those circumstances, lots of innocent things that wouldn't be a big deal normally suddenly become really sinister.

A forensic lawyer wouldn't be able to find cash though, surely

Please recommend an outfit that I could wear for some corporate profile photos I need to have taken. I want to look friendly and professional but not too formal (i.e. not a full suit and tie). My budget is £500.

I'm camping in Chamonix in July. A few of the campsites say they won't accept reservations for tent pitches, but I don't want to turn up without a reserved pitch. Am I worrying about nothing?

Just pulled my levator scapulae doing overhead presses. Are there any typical form errors that I might be making that could cause this? Is there anything I can do now to facilitate healing?

What is the impact of skipping breakfast on fat loss and muscle gain?

I'm following a diet where I eat about 480 calories in 3 meals and various snacks throughout the day. I find skipping breakfast easy and would prefer to use the calories at lunch or dinner, or for snacks (i.e. eat 2 times a day but bigger meals).

I think this should not have an impact on weight loss because my understanding is that an overall calorie deficit is the key point. But what about muscle gain? My reading says that as a new lifter I should be able to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time (my body fat is 24%; muscle 73%). How important is it at this stage that the calories are spread throughout the day?

I couldn't finish it. Keidis is one of my musical heroes. So disappointed to discover he is a pretty shitty human being.

I don’t understand how this is new news, they’ve been doing this forever in several towns near me. (South-East England) It’s silly too because they will just find other places to sleep, you’re just moving the problem not solving it.

And how is it world news

I've already got a small saucer full of leaves just from repotting this one, so hopefully I'll have a ton of babies before too long! Also, happy cake day!

Where did you get this one from? I've been trying to pick one up in the UK.

Just started lifting again after suffering from costochondritis for about 3 years. Started out extremely tentatively and I don't dare work my pecs at all but managed the whole session without causing a flare up. Can anyone share any tips on lifting with this condition? Most advice online is simply not to and wait for the chest to heal.

Quite frankly Scotland is looking more and more appealing come post brexit for us IT/Digital types...

Shortly there'll be higher tax than the rest of UK on salaries over 26k though.

This will increase support from the type of people who like Boris. He might well be the next PM and there's nothing we can do about it.

I firmly believe that if you can't share everything with your spouse you're not in a healthy relationship.

Perhaps, but if you've got persistent problems do you really want to bring down your friends and family by going on and on about it. Id prefer to meet a professional once or twice a week who I can moan to about these things. Much less selfish.

English officers and detectives get mad bonus and kick backs for getting sexual "predators" off the street. So they just follow the narrative of a lying female and support her lie to get their bonus money. Whatever doesn't support the lie is conveniently omitted.

This is what happens when a department is forced to believe all claims and has monetary backing to do so.

Bonuses? You must be joking.

This is just one piece of anecdotal evidence. It tells us nothing at all about systematic pay differences on the basis of gender.

I don't think any of those companies have stores in the US.

What's the orange bar at the top coming out of total income?

For frugality the best advice is to try to move out of London as soon as possible. There's plenty of good fun big cities although none of them are quite like London of course.
