I have a 27x27 building on my property that I have been using as a shop. I'm tired of rolling around in the dirt and losing 10mm nuts on the ground.

The pole barn style building has metal siding (R panel). Am I able to pour concrete straight in there while using the tin siding as my form? Do I need to dig a "beam" even though the poles (building uprights) are in 8" holes 4' deep? As i understand it, the beam, trench, or footing - I really dont know the term - isnt necessary because it isn't holding the load of the building. Also, I plan on using rebar because I have a bunch laying around.

I'm sure this has been asked and answered somewhere but I had trouble finding any of the same situation. Forgive my newbiness.
