Hey guys so every time I increase my dosage I get these nose bleeds, and literally without warning they just happen. It’s the worst!

Do you have any advice that I can take to help prevent/help these nose bleeds? Hopefully they’ll calm down after a while but I have at least one per day.

The tablets have also made my eczema much much worse, how do you guys deal with people pointing out your dry skin/ eczema? People used to point out my acne and now they point this out..

Thank you in advance:)

Couldn’t help my dry eye, but try Burt’s Bees if you haven’t already for your lips.

I’ve heard good stuff about Burt’s bees so I’ll need to try it! Thank you:)

No problem. I prefer Burt’s Bees Peppermint or Coconut & Pear. Wouldn’t use Pomegranate because it leaves a red stain on your lips and makes it look as if you’re wearing lip stick. I’d also buy the 2-in-1 or the 3-in-1 pack because if you’re anything like me, you’ll definitely lose a couple if you use it daily like you should.

I’ve been getting through lip balms so quickly so I’ll definitely get a bigger pack! I’ll try and get the coconut one as I love coconut:) thank you so much for all your help!!

The side effects are the worst your first 6 weeks, and then it gets better! If I can give you any advice it is to drink more water and try to excersize more to help with any stress or joint pain you might start having. I feel like it is worth it! Thank you so much, you too! Dont give up!

I’m now scared of my instax camera ...

This is a question I have had too, and I understand how hard it is, being in the same situation as you. Thank you for asking this and I really hope this thread helps you. I know I’m just a stranger on the internet but you can message me if you’d like, I’d love to talk if you need it:)

This movie's dubbing in our local language (Hindi) has to be the best one out there. Every punch line and dialogue had same effect like the original ones.

Haha that's amazing! It's such a hilarious movie, might watch it again now 😂

Hey so the title kinda explains, and I'm not sure what to do as all the websites I've looked at have contradicting advice.

I got my rook pierced a couple of months ago and it's been relatively good. I clean it everyday like you should, I follow all the advice given by my piercer.

I hit my ear yesterday which made it worse and now my piercing is infected and swollen. It hurts lots too! Please help:)

since it was only yesterday this happened, i'd continue to clean it with either sea salt solution or unscented antibacterial soap. give it maybe 3 days, if it doesn't let up then take it out for good. don't use peroxide as that eats your skin cells, both dead and alive. and alcohol dries it out and irritates it even more. (at least in my experience, it did.) good luck, op. i know the feeling. 😅

I agree, except that if it's hot to the touch or you get a fever, you should see a doctor right away.

Ooo okay! Thank you, it doesn't feel hot right now but I'll be sure to do that if it does!

Ahhh thank you so much for your response!! It's the worst thing!! I'm just about to clean it with a sea salt solution. It's not fun haha! I definitely think the alcohol would be bad on my skin cause it's really sensitive. Thanks again ☺️
