As a politics junkie, this might be the only reason I would consider visiting a strip club, let alone a strip club in Wayne. Could be an interesting autograph in a book to have decades from now...

Buddy, I bought this car cash with my savings from teaching in Korea for four years. I like where your mind is at though!

For others reading this, it’s usually a good idea to finance cars rather than pay cash and leave yourself with no emergency fund. Even a 5-8k car can be financed pretty easily.

Look, I'm not saying we shouldn't vaccinate. But I am saying that maybe we shouldn't stick 20 needles in a newborn.

Can you provide a scientific source that says they’re not “good”? Aren’t they FDA approved?

Their hunch is more accurate than the FDA food product approval process, just like their hunch that vaccines cause autism.

(For the record I hate the bags due to the environmental impact)

Slammed = well kept?

That’s not slammed. That’s actually pretty tasteful lowering.

Edit: as tasteful as lowering a prelude can get a I guess, but still

I’m all for tasteful lowering, but it looks like you couldn’t even get a finger between the tire and the fender.

They just don’t care. NYPD towing will pull your shit sideways out of a tight space by your wheels, then drag your car with locked wheels and/or drive wheels on the ground.

I’ve had my car towed by NYPD around the corner because of a movie shooting. There were no signs and I had to call the non-emergency line to try and figure out where the fuck they moved it to.

A 2000 Camry was a super reliable vehicle when it was 10 years old, but now you’re going to have a lot of things start to periodically go wrong. This is worth closer to $2500. I would personally look for something like a 2007 Mazda 6 or Nissan Maxima. They may have a few more miles on them but will be more reliable simply because of their age.

They don’t call it The Foggy City for nothing

Pretty much exactly this. The fine is for releasing more emissions than allowed, but the goal was mainly better mileage, but also better reliability, and lower cost.

I'm not saying it was justified, I'm saying, proportionally speaking, the fines are way off compared to actual damage to the environment.

But your statement is intentionally misleading. The emissions were orders of magnitude worse for the environment than what is allowed.

Also, VW was intentionally cheating versus BP case was accidental, albeit careless.

Koko named All Ball herself, too. She was so amazing, always putting together words to describe things she hadn't learned a word for. For example, not knowing the word for "ring," she called it a "finger bracelet." Not knowing ketchup, she called it "tomato toothpaste." She really made us reexamine what it means to be human.

Edit: There's a comment I made in this thread with sources. One in particular has even better examples of her language invention. She came up with "bottle match" for a cigarette lighter and "tree lettuce" for celery. So clever.

Not knowing detergent, she called it “laundry sauce”

Learned in LadyBird that this is perfectly acceptable as long as the wine and bread aren’t already blessed.

How does someone do that exactly...

While you’re still in college, tutoring is a good route. Forces you to break down and explain something you know to someone who doesn’t.

It may be clever but that doesn’t mean it meets the standards for an Eagle Scout project.

100 hours is the hour requirement. Just because you did several times more doesn’t mean everyone has to. Whether it qualifies is between him and his board of review.

Now how about you get off your high horse bugger off

It's staged and stupid, but not fake. Water will rise in the coil as it's heated, drawing cooler water in at the bottom. This method will heat the tub, but it won't be fast, and there's no effective way to regulate the temperature.

edit: spelling.

How is it staged? It’s just a video of someone making something

It’s a rare car with only 68k miles. If I were selling I would start around 3k as well. Would be an ideal candidate for a K car restoration.
