Why is this exactly the same meal that /u/gratefulgem posted :o

Lol cuz we are sisters and we live together and we are the same meal that she cooked, my picture is of my plate that only has one brussels sprout hahahaha

Wow, that looks fantastic!

I, too, had a great oil-free vegan 4th of July dinner: vegan sloppy joes and Southwestern pasta salad. No pics of my own, but the Web sites have great pics plus the recipes.

Hot Yoga Teachers and Tattoos?

I am about to start teaching hot yoga this week, but I also love ink. I just got a tattoo on Friday, and am now not able to go practice hot for 2 weeks, and shouldn't even really have it in the hot room for two weeks also. BUT this is my career and I am going to continue to teach, so I was wondering if anyone who teaches has experience with healing tattoos while still being able to teach and possibly practice?

I’ve gotten tattooed and then taught hot yoga that same day. My tatts all look great and healed nice. My artist usually puts second skin on me but I wouldn’t say it’s a necessity. Just make sure to pat dry immediately after class and I only ever moisturize with coconut oil. I do take at least a week off hot practice though.

That's awesome to hear!! The coconut oil is a great idea, my artist had me use Aquaphor and I am a bit iffy on some of the ingredients, so I will have to try that!! :)

And you didn’t post the recipe??

There you go!! Minimalist Baker is the best 😁

Did you use meyer or default lemons? I know meyer aren't as sour but I don't think I can get them around here

Diced it into large pieces with sweet potato, seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, sage and thyme. Roasted at 400 degrees for 1 hour. 😁

You look a shocking amount like a friend of mine. She has totally different hair so I know you're not her but still it blows my mind

I kind of just winged this one but it is: 1 block firm silken tofu 1/4 block firm sprouted tofu 1-2 tbsp yellow mustard 2-4 tbsp whipped garlic Olive oil (for sauteing) Spices (to taste) Egg whites: Cut firm silken tofu into squares, hollow them out, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion powder Filling: Saute firm sprouted tofu in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, turmeric (for color), and onion powder. Mix with yellow mustard and whipped garlic in a bowl then stuff "whites", sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until cooled =) As a side note I love whipped garlic because it is the perfect mayo substitute, veganaise would also work fine in this recipe but if you go that route I would season with garlic powder as well! Enjoy! =)

Ugh I can't find the follow your heart ranch anywhere! How is it? Midwesterner and big fan of ranch back in the day

It's the best vegan ranch I have tried haha

I’m super picky about my ranch. Is the one you have in the pic worth a try? If so please share where you bought it!

Yes it is my favorite brand of vegan ranch and I am also picky about it haha I got it at King Soopers and we convinced our local Natural Grocers to carry it as well because it is the best one I have had yet IMO :)
