That could part of the problem.

It shouldn’t be dropping you to 9FPS but 3GB in a GPU isn’t a whole heckuva lot anymore.

I have the same GPU, I can run it fine with a 2K texture mod installed, he shouldn't be getting FPS that low.

He indicated elsewhere that he likely doesn't have the monitor plugged into the GPU.

Steam has no "customer support" or even "mail"

That's not true at all.

you can't contact customer support for legal matters, there is no "stub" or email.

Also in https://steamcommunity.com/dmca/create/

only the copyright owner may file a complaint.

Good luck finding him to convince him to file one.

If the owner of the content doesn't want to file a claim that's up to them.

But going so far as to say steam has no customer support at all is just blatantly false.

Haha. 240hz 1080p that hard to run?

Yes, getting 240fps regularly isn't that easy.

Hi! Sorry for the inconvenience... I was convinced that this post would not break the rules, as I just talk about the Kickstarter campaign (no channel, no stream). I don't know if a Kickstarter link is a "referral" link?

Again, sorry for the mistake. Maybe I can try again later to post about a precise and interesting (or funny?) gameplay point.

Have a good day

It's a project you're involved with and posts about it from you make up more than 10% of your sitewide submissions.

You're more than free to post about it here once you get your percentage below 10%!

It's likely a combination of:

  1. The game is in a shippable state

  2. Games are a lot more complex than they used to be and many bugs may not be identified until you have several hundred thousand people playing that can help you identify them.

Sure, but if you think about idk TESO Oblivion maybe, that was huge at the time and still came out in a relatively good state. The point I'm trying to make is that more effort was put into polishing. And this might be a cause of the 1-2 years dev cycle, compared to 4-5 years, 10 years back.

Eh - http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Bugs_(Oblivion)

But shorter dev cycles is likely a huge factor in modern games too, to your point.

We remove comments that are especially vile.

I don't really have a favorite but I just love that each group thinks that it means something different and unique to them.

A lot more that we remove before people even notice them.

It's been a thing since 2011

I think they fixed it like a week or two after launch.

The Borderlands games are generally great co-op.
