Is there a way to use VPNhub for torrenting? Can anyone share a method or something? Thank you.

I'll answer you questions one at a time:

  1. The Token burn you refer to is relevant to the current dent ecosystem. Currently, dent tokens can be transferred from crypto to the app, but not the other way around. Once the mobile data exchange is implemented, trading will have less limitations and you will be able to trade your dent for crypto (and possibly fiat). This will likely occur via desktop and the app. This may answer your concern in regards to long term viability. Long term, dent will likely be traded as the intermediary asset for data, just like any other traded commodity on any number of exchanges has their own intermediary asset (be it fiat, derivative contract, etc.)

  2. Mindset - markets such as the proposed mobile data market place are quite common in other commodities and actually service multiple types of users. Before oil was a traded commodity, there were several powerful companies which controlled the entire world's oil supply (historically known as the "Seven Sisters") and serviced end to end customers while charging prices that were favorable to the cabal. Monopoly busting eventually led to the commodity being traded freely on open markets and it currently supports entities consisting of end to end customers (suppliers and wholesalers), speculators, value investors, etc. Other commodity markets have had similar stories, and each one has ended with a market economy with power being transferred to the conglomerates and to the market participants. I am very confident in seeing that this will eventually happen to the world data markets. People think that data is an unlimited resource, but it isn't, much like people historically believed that oil and water were, to an extent, unlimited resources as well. Increasing data demand and IoT devices will begin to drive this future market economy, and this future market will have room for all types of investors, big and small, as well as end to end customers.

In fact, its these types of economies / markets that generally end up being healthier because there are a variety of motivations and utility curves to help drive liquidity and trades. I will say that crypto investors have to get it out of our heads that we are the end all be all of this current phenomenon going on. Current crypto market value is a joke compared to outstanding investible asset values in the financial world...a teeny, tiny, joke. A joke with real disruptive traits, don't get me wrong, but we aren't the final iteration or maximum capital that will eventually be invested into this space.

3.The current test environment is the iOS app. Dent team has been explicit in saying that the reasoning for them releasing this app, and the current features available, is to test the application of the ethereum block chain and to learn from customer behavior. The major thing to point out here is that the technology works as intended, bolting onto the a current mobile customer's data plan and allowing additional data to be added. As the system matures, we'll likely see mobile companies working closely with dent to allow data from user plans to be exchanged. If you're skeptical, read the Ericsson Report released earlier this year (and something Dent has reached out to Ericsson to learn more about). It confirms that a growing proportion of mobile data users want to see their data as a commodity and tradable.

Opening data plans to this type of structure will be difficult, yes. Good news is that the Dent founding members have many industry contacts and are quite experienced in negotiating deals with major telecommunication companies. Further supporting them is a growing need to see data as a valuable commodity that should be freed from rigid and silo'd data plans. Combine these facts with the knowledge that data demand is increasing at a parabolic rate and the telecommunications data is valued in trillions of dollars, it's an exciting endeavor Dent has chosen.

Thank you for sharing it. The three sisters, I didn't knew. Also, thank you for sharing the ericsson report. Good work.

Anyone knows about or have used Ivacy VPN for torrenting and stuff? They have a lifetime deal going on right now so I was thinking. Keepsolid also has a lifetime deal but they are not torrent friendly according to their Faqs.

I am writing an article on tools that can convert words to numbers. For example, one is converted to 1. This is helpful if the number is words is too long.

But I dont know where this is used. Which industry or professionals use these tools? I need user case scenarios.

I tried Googling but didn't find much to write home. Anyone can help?

There is a gap between his death and resurrection so he shouldn't see it. Also, the whole point of thanos is genocide so that there are enough resources for the other half. So everyone is dead, as of now. I hope this issue is addressed in the sequel.

! question from me. How did Dr. Strange see anything in future after his death? He can't see the 1 scenario where they win against Thanos because in that case, he dies after the fingers snapped. This is also established in Dr. Strange movie where Ancient One can't see beyond a point and there she dies!

I have a question. Like stellar which is open sourced and non-profit, what are some other coins like stellar? I know of IOTA. I want to create a list and share it for everyone. Thank you.

I believe, like many others, that the bubble will burst once. A lot of projects are worthless with one recent report that said that 43% of ICOs launched last year have failed already.

Which coins/tokens/projects do you think will survive and thrive after the bubble bursts? Please do not be bias towards coins you are holding. Be realistic and look at the team, partners, tech, product, problem it solves, and other useful metrics before creating the list.

I also think this is a great thread for newbies who don't know which coins to invest in but want to dive in any way. A general consensus can point them in the right direction. Still, I would suggest you (newcomers) to do your own research, understand, and then invest only what you can afford to lose.

There is no need to list them in any particular order, but you can if you want. Just mention it. No need to add coins to the list just to make it 20. Your list can be as small or big as you want, just make sure to be neutral and do your research. 20 is just a number I came up with. No need to hate each other for not posting your favorite coins either.

Here is my list in no particular order.

  1. BTC
  2. LTC
  3. ETH
  4. TRX
  5. POE
  6. APPC
  7. IOTA
  8. NEM
  9. ADA
  10. XRP
  11. DENT
  12. ICX
  13. EOS
  14. XMR
  15. XLM
  16. NANO
  17. OMG
  18. XVG
  19. WTC
  20. FUN
  21. POWR
  22. REQ
  23. SPANK

Thank you for participating. I believe this thread will be even better when the bubble actually bursts. We will know how good we were at identifying gems among the dirt.

Good luck fellow investors.

I think a few survivors who will get massive adoption are not on the list.

I was working as a blogger for a small tech blog. Compensation was low so I moved on to a better paying client who had more work and better work ethics.

After a few weeks, I noticed that my profile was deleted and all the articles that I wrote are now under the owner's name.

What can or should I do in this situation? There was no agreement signed. Can he just claim my work as his like that?

Also, what should I include in the agreement, for current and future clients, which ensures that my profile cannot be deleted even if I stop working for them?

Thank you.

If I'm reading this right, you went from a writing client, to a new writing client who then reached out to your old account and changed your access and name. Where did your new employer get the user name password for the old site?

No, typically they can't claim your past work without compensation or an agreement that says they can. But there's a lot missing from your side of this story.

You read wrong. I was writing for client 1 for his blog. I left and began work for client 2 on his blog.

Client 1 deleted my profile and now all my articles are posted in his name, not mine. Client 1 and I signed no contracts.

Client 2 has nothing to do with present situation. I just left client 1 and started working for client 2. Makes sense?

Is there a legal action I can take. I mean, what are my options and is it worth the effort?

I mailed him and he said that he can do anything he wants on his site. He also said that if he were to shut down his site, what happens to the profiles? He says he is not required to maintain all writer profiles forever.

Depending where you are and what you signed, you may have no rights, or loads.

If you didn't sign away ownership of work product, most places will give you the right to be identified as the author. If you were paid, most places don't give you right to ownership of royalties.

If you wish to own your work in future you need to have a contract that specifies that you own the work product, and merely licence it to the employer for use

As I understand it, if I am compensated, I dont own the articles. The site will make and keep all revenue generated, but as an author, my profile will remain intact and all the articles published will be seen under my name.

If I have not signed a contract, can I take no action?

Hello, good people of the crypto world. Here is a little about me that will help you suggest ideas that will further help us all.

I am not a coder or a developer. I know Wordpress and HTML. I am a tech blogger. I want to launch a new site on crypto (not just bitcoin but all currencies) that will help us make better and informed decisions.

Wordpress is a versatile platform and you can build pretty much any type of site, directory, forum, store, etc using the platform. So, help me help the community.

Any suggestions?

My biopsy report is below. Doc says it is a rare type of cancer. Alos, he says the less you know the better otherwise you will worry. But it is better if I know.

I thought maybe someone here can help me understand it better as I live in a developing country. If someone can ask their oncologist... thank you.

Current Status: Tumor was found in ureter wall but removed via laproscopy. Its been 7 months now. CT scans are clear.

Tumor is composed of large cells with a clear cytoplasm which in many cells shows a known brown KNOH bleachable, Perls' negative, pigment which is melanin. There is no spindled component seen, nor is there evidence of perivascular arrangement.

Tumor cells express TFE-3 (strong nuclear positivity).

They are negative for cytokeratin, EMA, HMB-45, Melan A, S-100 protein, Desmin, SMA, h-caldesmon, Pax-8, MITF, inhibin, Synaptophysin and Calretinin.

Why don’t you find another oncologist?

Original Poster1 point · 4 months ago

Because every time I visit a new oncologist, or any doctor here where I live, they ask you to run the tests again from their diagnostic centers. They do it for commissions. Tests are expensive and I am short on money. Plus my folks also think the less I know the better. I dont know why everyone thinks that way... But I need to know and I think knowing is better than the alternative.

You can’t just have your labs and records transferred?

I wouldn't be here otherwise. It doesn't work that way in my country.

Hello, good people of Reddit,

Can I eat cooked egg and chicken if I have cancer? I have melanotic xp11 translocation associated clear cell tumor. It was found ureter, not touching the kidney, and was removed. It has been 7 months and CT scans show nothing.

Tumor was small - 2.25 cm only.

You should listen to your doctor! Next time you see them, why don't you bring in whatever it was you read about your diet and see what they think. You could also ask for them to refer you to a dietician for more information?

Original Poster1 point · 4 months ago

He said no need and that I can eat anything. But I am taking precautions and eating foods that is known to be good for cancer patients. I am also doing yoga that is recommended for cancer. These are all precautions from my side. Don't want to take any risks.

Just to be clear, you came here and asked a question: can I eat cooked egg and chicken if I have cancer?

But why would you bother asking, if you don't really care what the answers are? It sounds like you're looking for someone to confirm your plan. But, of course you'll find 100 people that say eat whatever you like (as your doctor said), and 100 people that say you should only eat raw foods and do coffee enemas every day. Just do what makes you happy!

Sounds like you're on your way to recovery, so that is great. Good luck!

Thank you. Yes the doctor said but honestly, I am a little paranoid because well, it is cancer and it's scary. I have been avoiding for a long time but thought I would ask here.

But you are right. I was trying to find someone to confirm my plan. I won't do that again. Thank you friend.

Hello, good people of Reddit. I am addicted to porn. For the longest time, I was in denial but I know I need help. I have this 1TB hard disk full of porn that I just cannot delete.

What are some good threads and posts here that can help me with strategies to overcome this addiction? I am also getting addicted to prostitutes and want to get rid of that habit too.

I am ashamed to admit it but it is high time, and I want to start a clean and balanced life. Thank you for your support.

the feeling of being unable to delete the disk is the fear of the illusion that you are gonna have a miserable shitty life without the disk. the fact is, your not gonna have a miserable life after quitting porn. but its normal that you think that. maybe try the book easypeasy way/ easypeasy. ive been addicted to porn for 5 years and im now 9 days clean and didnt had A SINGLE URGE yet. while normally i needed it daily, my former record which was 5 days without porn was 2 years ago. so this method really did some magic haha.

What's the easy peasy way. I just deleted the whole folder and now I want to browse sites.

you did? very admirable. easypeasy way is a online book thats written by a ex porn user and its a method to quit pornography for life. its not a method were you need to go outside to perform particular challenges or something, no its just a book which will guide you easily through the illusion and reasons why you watch porn in the first place. and after your done i can promise you that you will not want to watch porn anymore.

Original Poster1 point · 5 months ago

Thank you buddy. Yes I did. It freed a lot of space. I will read the book. I will also block porn sites. There are add-ons for that.

He is happy but turned off with the whole crypto market. He advised me to get out ASAP. I told him I invested in some good coins, but he, like so many others, think every coin is a shit coin. Don't know if this is good for us or bad. Anyways, I forced him to throw me a party this weekend since I saved his ass :P

When you lose all your money are you gonna throw a party for him?

And why would I lose ALL my money? And yes, why not? If I lose I will still celebrate life and live instead of spend the rest of my life sulking over 1 bad move I made. We all make mistakes. But I am here for the long haul, like 10 years, do I don't care about the short term fluctuations. All I need to worry about is the company, product, team, and the problem it solves. Love healthy and invest better.

I was thinking the same. So many coins with no discussion and a lot of movement. Maybe private telegram or discord groups.

I am fighting a rare form of cancer (Ureter translocation cancer), and I am here on reddit for two things: 1. Connect with other cancer patients and learn more. 2. Learn how to make money with cryptocurrency to help support my treatment. PS: You want to support me with donations, below is my bitcoin address.
