Ok guys, I stepped on the scale this morning because I've been off the wagon for a couple months, eating like crap 3x per day and felt my clothes getting tighter. IF was working for me and then I went through a stressful time and stopped caring about what I ate. Well, I was horrified when I stepped on the scale. Haven't weighed this much since shortly after I gave birth 2 years ago! What I need is some words of encouragement and tips to motivate me to get back in the habit of healthy eating and IF!! Also, I'd love if you could give me ideas for easy on the go meals for someone working full-time and in school part-time (no access to a fridge/microwave). I love cheese and don't eat a lot of meat. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
