Forgive me if this has been asked already. I'm almost through my first week of the 16:8 plan and I feel great about it so far. The only thing bothering me is that I would like to have a rough estimate of how many grams of carbs/fat to stick to each day. I just don't know how much is too much. Should I just be going by the recommended amounts for weight loss for a woman normally on a regular diet? If so, which resources do you recommend following? I never know what sources to trust. Thanks!
