This gets posted at least once a week... Look, fire up twitch launcher, sort by most popular, limit to 1.12 if you only want newer packs. then browse through and read descriptions. Find something that catches your eye and download it. Play around for a bit and figure out what you like, only you can figure this out.

If you are new to modded minecraft in general FTB Revalation is probaby a good starting place. Its a kitchen sink pack that will allow you to explore a lot of farming, tech, and magic without getting wrapped up in questing and expert modes. If you want more of a guided experience, Age of Engineering will help guide you through the pack with its quest lines.

Why not make your own? It's exceptionally easy in 1.12.

I think I should do that later, when I’m more experienced.

It's not easy to make a good pack, unless you like minimally-tested kitchen-sink packs where half of the mods unbalance the rest of the mods. Pack development takes a long time and a lot of effort if you want a good outcome.
